Four agreements will deliver 1,300+ housing units with modern amenities in Sur, Sumail, Izki, and Al Buraimi, while four others will develop 1,000+ land plots with infrastructure in Liwa, Bahla, Ibri, and Bidiya. Additionally, four new investment opportunities were launched to develop residential neighborhoods across 1.28 million sqm in North Al Batinah, North A’Sharqiyah, Dhofar, and South Al Batinah.
