The contracts were awarded by a joint EPC consortium of Spain's Técnicas Reunidas and Egypt's Orascom. Completion is expected by 2028, with Doosan providing four turbines (2x650 MW, 2x540 MW). The deal boosts Doosan’s presence in the Middle East power sector.
